General Information about Your Stay
Duration of Your Stay
In the main season, the minimum stay is 7 days, with Saturday/Sunday being the day of arrival/departure. We may be able to offer more flexibility concerning arrival/departure days, in which case we will be glad to let you know so upon request.
Check in / Check out
Your room will be available for you to check in as of 3pm on the day of your arrival. In case you should plan to arrive later than 6pm, we kindly ask you to inform us beforehand.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to return the key to your room until 10am.
If possible, we would furthermore appreciate if you could let us know about your expected time of arrival a few days prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of earlier departure or cancellation of the booking (in writing), the following conditions apply:
– up to 21 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
– from 20 and up to 8 days prior to arrival: you will be charged 40% of the initial booking fee
– less than 8 days prior to arrival or non-arrival: you will be charged 60% of the initial booking fee
Payment Conditions
– If you make your booking by transfer, we kindly ask you to pay 50% of the booking fee upfront.
– The remaining amount is to be paid either up to 5 days prior to arrival (by transfer), or on the day of arrival (in cash).
– All prices given are end customer prices and already include the statutory VAT.

Room prices 2021
Single supplement
Our room fares are generally quoted on the basis of double occupancy (min. two adult persons). If a room is occupied only by one person, special charges (depending on the season) apply.
Children Fares
With a minimum occupancy of two adults, children in same room will pay a reduced rental price. The price for one adult and one child is equal to the minimum fare of two adult persons.
Group Pricing
During summer (from June until September), small groups of up to 16 people can rent the entire house, including our fully equipped fitted kitchen for self-catering. For more information about pricing and conditions for group bookings, simply contact us: mail us the amount of persons and the duration of your stay, and we will get back to you with a non-binding proposal.
Included Services
The following services are included in the booking price:
WiFi, heating, water, electricity, bedding, towels and final cleaning
During your stay, bed-sets and towels can be changed upon request.
During summer, we would like to offer our guests the possibility to rent mountain bikes (subject to availability).
Breakfast
During summer, we offer our guests to start the day with a rich breakfast buffet (available from 7:30am until 10am). In the off-season, you are welcome to use our kitchen for self-catering. All prices given are end customer prices and already include the statutory VAT.
